Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle under guidance
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and post job descriptions across portals
- Maintain and update candidate data in the HR system
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation
- Support HR record maintenance and database updates
- Help coordinate internal HR activities and processes
- Work with the HR team on routine tasks and employee lifecycle activities
