Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • * Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Assist in the execution of recruitment plans.
  • Identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Assist with record-keeping and administration tasks related to recruitment processes.
  • Network with educational institutions and utilize social media platforms to attract candidates
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for all positions along with onboarding
  • Understanding and planning of talent requirements at various levels
  • Maintaining employee records and Analysis
  • Organize & Provide training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure company Rules & Regulations adherence by employees
  • Promote Equality and Health & Safety amongst employees
  • Educate and create awareness amongst company employees on HR Policies
  • Understand and source various requirements for office
