Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house roles
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
  • Coordinate payroll and salary processing
  • Manage HR documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities
  • Work with HR software/tools for employee data and attendance
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
