- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
- Coordinate payroll and salary processing
- Manage HR documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities
- Work with HR software/tools for employee data and attendance
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
