Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are starting their HR career and are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support employee onboarding activities, including coordination of facilities and induction processes
  • Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment records
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR files
  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks as required
