Job Description
Key responsibilities:
People HR System Administration:
Oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the People HR system.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance. Implement system updates, upgrades, and integrations as required.
Provide technical support and training to People Team and system users.
Data Management & Analytics:
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
Develop, maintain, and optimise data structures and processes to support HR operations.
Extract, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Reporting:
Design and produce regular and ad hoc reports for HR, management, and compliance purposes.
Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Present data findings in clear, concise formats suitable for a range of audiences.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Stay up to date with HR technology and best practices, recommending innovations where appropriate.
To be successful, you’ll need to bring:
Proven experience administering HR systems (People HR experience highly desirable).
Minimum 3 years of experience in administering HR systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and analytics tools.
Proficiency in report writing and data visualisation.
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Solid understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
Desirable attributes:
PeopleHR experience.
Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience with database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel).
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.
