Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert for all HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Employee Central module to align with current business needs.
• Lead the definition and implementation of system‑related projects in collaboration with the IT team and technical developers.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with other business systems, ensuring data integrity and consistent user experience.
