A technology company is looking for a

Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager.

Objective:
Lead the strategy, administration, and evolution of the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring proper management of Human Resources information, process automation, regulatory compliance, and the generation of reliable analytics to support business decision-making.

Functions:

  • Functional administration of SAP SuccessFactors:
    Configure and maintain modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
  • System implementation and optimization:
    Lead implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations across HR platforms.
  • System strategy and roadmap:
    Define the evolution of SuccessFactors aligned with HR and business strategy.
  • Employee Central management:
    Ensure accurate management of master data, organizational structures, etc.
