Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who is passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and people management. This is a remote, unpaid internship designed to provide real-world HR experience and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination)
  • Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and HR trackers
  • Support basic HR documentation and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Management, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes (preferred)
