The Human Resources Intern supports end-to-end recruitment activities across temporary, contract, and permanent roles. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate management, and client support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting activities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Assist with job postings across various platforms
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and records
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team

Job Requirements

  • A Levels or Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
