The Human Resources Intern supports end-to-end recruitment activities across temporary, contract, and permanent roles. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, candidate management, and client support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting activities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Assist with job postings across various platforms
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and records
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team
Job Requirements
- A Levels or Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
