Job Responsibilities-
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline utilizing various channels, including job boards,
social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide essential information to candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment data for continuous process improvement.
• Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks.
