About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and events
- Help in implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
