Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in a variety of day-to-day HR functions, including overseeing HR management tasks, updating and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and managing personnel records. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with HR practices, contributing to recruitment processes, and engaging in initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and Personnel Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and HR Management principles
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication Skills

Salary: INR 12,000 per month (take-home) (initial 6 months, increased based on performance)

Experience: 0-1 years:

Qualification: B.Tech /MBA HR
