Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Prasuta Ventures. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in HR management tasks, such as developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a finance consulting setting.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Enrollment in or completion of a Human Resources Management program
