Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who is passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and people management. This is a remote, unpaid internship designed to provide real-world HR experience and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination)
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain candidate databases and HR trackers
Support basic HR documentation and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
Students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Management, or related fields
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Laptop and stable internet connection
