Your Key Responsibilities


  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.


  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for Hiring Manager.


  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documents, collecting forms, and updating employee records.

  • Support training coordination, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.


  • Help maintain HR files, databases, and documentation.
