As part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Intern to support core people initiatives and help build a high-performing and inspired team.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interview panels
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share timely updates
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
- Assist in planning and organising L&D sessions and workshops
- Coordinate logistics, invites, and internal communication for trainings
- Manage feedback collection and post-session analysis
- Contribute to creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the careers page
- Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Expected Skills:
We are a fast-growing organisation focused on building high-quality, scalable products. While the pace is dynamic, we value structured thinking, ownership, and consistency in execution.
- Postgraduate in Human Resources would be preferred.
- 0–6 months of experience in hiring/HR role, having foundational understanding of HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- High sense of accountability, enthusiasm, and a self-starter mindset
- Interest in HR trends, people practices, and startup work culture
- Proficient in Google Sheets and active on social media (career + job) platforms
Please Note: This is a 6 month internship role. There is no guarantee of full-time employment upon completion. However, exceptional performance and availability of relevant HR openings, may be considered for full time opportunities within the organisation. In the past, similar high-performing interns have successfully transitioned into full-time roles with us.

Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
