Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. The role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions, communication handling, and people management practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases and trackers
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Draft and send emails, announcements, and notices to teams
  • Assist in creating HR reports, performance summaries, and evaluation sheets


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields)
