Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor), and university portals.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial culture fit phone screenings.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a world-class experience.
- Postings: Help write and update job descriptions and manage our presence on social media.
