Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who is passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and people management. This is a remote, unpaid internship designed to provide real-world HR experience and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and HR trackers
- Support basic HR documentation and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- Students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Management, or related fields
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Laptop and stable internet connection
