Job Description
What you’ll do
● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
● Use modern sourcing strategies (Pragyan AI-powered - RAPYD Exchange, Job portals, Social
Networks, Referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.
● Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and
closure.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
● Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and digital hiring
initiatives.
● Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of
new VAYUZers.
