The Human Resources Intern will assist with creating and implementing a 30-day New Hire Training/ Orientation Program that will ensure proper onboarding and training for new employees at our production plant.
Major Responsibilities and Tasks/Duties of the Position
Assist Human Resources staff with weekly New Hire OrientationSupport manufacturing plant recruitment process by conducting phone and on-site interviewsConduct research regarding onboarding and orientation best practicesSurvey produce industry to collect information regarding onboarding and training programs within the industryAssist with filing and database managementInvestigate alternatives for daily attendance tracking of hourly employeesCreate and deliver a final presentation to the leadership team.Other duties as assigned.
