Human Resources Intern

For our office in Trivandrum dSPACE is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-rounded professionals. We are offering a position, as an HR Intern where you be part of the Human Resource department for a period of 3 months.

During an intensive induction period, your colleagues will support you to familiarize you with our processes.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with HR teams on various aspects of talent acquisition and management.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination.

• Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires.

• Support HR operations and administration tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and policies.
