Labor Relations Specialist


Manage and oversee work activities to ensure they are conducted harmoniously and in accordance with the Federal Labor Law, Collective Bargaining Agreement, Internal Work Regulations, and Company Policies. Develop strategies and methods to achieve organizational objectives.


  • Analyze labor relations scenarios.

  • Collaborate with HR team members for effective employee management.

  • Address disputes arising from workplace issues.

  • Simplify administrative tasks related to job classification changes.

  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory policies including CBA, IWRs & CP&S..
