Human Resources

Program Objective:

We are looking for an intern to join our Human Resources team, with a strong focus on Communication, Organizational Culture and Promotion, in a dynamic, creative and multicultural environment connected to the hostel lifestyle and young audiences.

This internship will play an active role in the creation of audiovisual content for social media, internal communication and employer branding, closely following the daily life of our hostels, teams, guests and F&B projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce audiovisual content (video and photography) for social media and internal communication
• Capture the day-to-day life of the hostels, including teams, guests, behind-the-scenes moments and lifestyle content
• Produce video content for future use (content library, campaigns, presentations, employer branding, etc.)
• Develop content related to our F&B project – Garagem da Vizinha, including events, activations...
