Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and improve our HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR processes in line with ISO 9001 standards for better efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation and appraisal cycles.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive, fair work culture.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Drive training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Manage HR-related social media content and employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and ethical standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 HR processes is a bonus but not mandatory.
