Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership in driving organizational performance. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling performance management systems, developing training programs to enhance employee skills, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering work culture
• Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, payroll, and labor law regulations
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and develop training programs for employee growth
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is an advantage
• Experience in managing HR functions for a technology or cybersecurity company is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (like SHRM or PHR) are a plus
