Position Overview:

The Manager Human Resources is responsible for the people and business success for the hotel. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies to maintain operational excellence. The position requires strong leadership to foster an inclusive workplace, enhance employee experience, and align HR initiatives with business objectives. Additionally, the HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior management, ensuring workforce planning and organizational development meet future growth needs.


Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Hotel’s business objectives and standards.
  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure timely hiring of high-quality candidates for all departments.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain ethical and legal standards.
  • Manage the performance management systems including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management to maintain harmony and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership as a strategic partner on organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.


Education Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA with HR specialization preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within hospitality industry.
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in driving cultural transformation and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
