**HUMAN RESOURSES MANAGER**
**Position Overview**:
We look for a Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate processes related to the human capital within the new launching of our brand in Mexico City. The processes to manage and lead includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. We expect you to handle the department individually for at least 5-6 months.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implementation of area policies and procedures.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Processes.
- Maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations.

- Sending registrations, cancellations, salary movements in HR ERP.
- Reporting indicators (KPI's) to management.
- Recruitment and Selection of specialized profiles (managerial and executive).
