Job Description
Sinclair is seeking a dynamic and hands-on APAC HR Manager to support our growing business across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with commercial teams while remaining closely involved in day-to-day operations.
As a key business partner, you will drive practical HR solutions that support business expansion, talent growth, and strong company culture. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage both strategic initiatives and operational HR tasks. Experience within the aesthetics, beauty, dermatology, or medical aesthetics industry is strongly preferred.
Location is flexible across these countries in APAC: Hong Kong / Taiwan / Singapore / Malaysia
