Position: HR Manager (India)
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement human resources planning in line with business needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including talent sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
Oversee onboarding and employee entry/exit processes.
Handle payroll management and employee compensation administration.
Manage social security, statutory benefits, and compliance with local labor regulations.
Support performance management processes and application of appraisal results.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage labor contracts and support labor dispute handling and arbitration matters.
Organize and support training and employee development activities.
Provide administrative and secretarial support related to HR and office management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience.
Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or other related management disciplines.
Previous experience in human resources functions is required.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
Basic Chinese language skills are a plus.
Experience or understanding of the construction machinery or industrial sector is an advantage.
