Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company’s India-based workforce. This role is responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, culture-building, and offboarding. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with company values, ethical standards, U.S.-based healthcare expectations, and Indian labor laws.

This role requires a balance of operational HR execution and people-centered leadership, with a strong focus on building a high-performing, values-driven, and compliant workforce that supports U.S.-based clinical and administrative teams.
