Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves employee training and development as well as managing payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with labor laws
- Knowledge of Performance Management processes, Employee Training, and Career Development
- HR strategy development and implementation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and platforms
- Solid understanding of HR metrics and ability to use data for decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the real estate or tech industry
