**_arrivia_** is searching for a dynamic and experienced **Human Resources Manager** to lead our team in Mexico. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing a vibrant workplace culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing expert guidance to our leaders and employees. You’ll be a trusted expert, fostering engagement and helping our team thrive.
**What You'll Do**
- **Drive Employee Engagement**: Execute initiatives that boost morale and foster a positive work environment, driving a culture of connection and inclusion.
- **Manage Core HR Functions**: Lead and mentor HR professionals on day-to-day HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, and performance review cycles.
- **Oversee Investigations & Risk Mitigation**: Conduct thorough internal investigations, analyze data to identify trends, and implement action plans to address and mitigate risk.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion dedicated to managing HR functions in Mexico.
- Demonstrated experience in **executing employee engagement initiatives** and managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- The ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisions.
- The highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
