Job Description
We are a fast-growing e Commerce & manufacturing company in the gardening space with 80+ employees across office and factory teams. We are hiring a dedicated in-house HR professional to manage compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement. This is a full-time, office-based role in Narsinghpur.
Responsibilities
Manage PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Lead recruitment and onboarding for office staff and factory/warehouse workers.
Maintain attendance and leave systems.
Support and implement HR policies.
Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Officer.
Experience managing both white- and blue-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Willing to work full-time from Narsinghpur.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HRMS/attendance/payroll software.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or e Commerce.
Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
