Senior Human Resources Manager
Your profile:
Bachelor degree in Human Resoruces, Administration, Industrial Engineering or any other related area.
Proven experience as HR Manager in manufacturing companies
Excellent English skills.
Your role:
Target HR needs and develop strategies to improve the area
Handle external relations with local and federal autorities and internal relations eith the union.
Labor relations, according to the stablishments on the LFT.
Supervise and improve HR areas (recruitment, training, labor relations and payroll)
Offer
$60,000 + compensation package
Monday - Friday
8:00 - 17:30 hrs
