Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with 10 years of professional experience, with a record of success in developing, administreting, implementing, and being a partner for human resources plans, talent management, and procedures. Assist with various needs in human resource-related areas, such as changes related to company policies and development of HR area goals and objectives. Change Management, Talent Attraction, Training, Succession Planning, Talent Calibrations, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, and General Affairs. This is a full-time position reporting to the HR Senior Manager. This role requires your presence in Mexico City office every day.
