Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the Equity Sales leadership team to drive end-to-end HR support, with a strong focus on dealer and equity sales hiring, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement. The role acts as a strategic partner to ensure business growth through effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – Equity Sales & Dealers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Equity Dealers, Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, and Branch Sales roles.
- Source candidates through portals, references, local networks, and walk-in drives.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain healthy dealer hiring pipeline aligned with business targets.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a single point of contact for branch and sales leadership on all HR matters.
- Support manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and productivity tracking.
- Partner with business heads to address people challenges and improve team performance.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Drive onboarding and induction for new joiners.
- Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR MIS reporting.
Performance & Engagement
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and incentive communication.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive engagement initiatives to reduce attrition in sales teams.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and documentation when required.
- Maintain employee records and HR dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience: 3–7 years in HRBP / Recruitment roles
- Strong exposure to Equity Sales / Dealer / Broking recruitment (mandatory)
- Experience working with sales-driven environments
- Good understanding of HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
