Role Overview
The ideal candidate will lead and support the full scope of Talent Acquisition while partnering closely with business leaders on strategic workforce initiatives. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring, sourcing strategy, employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, while also collaborating on broader people practices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Own end-to-end recruitment across levels-from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Build strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, networking, and campus hiring).
- Continuously optimize sourcing channels to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost efficiency.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen the company's hiring presence.
