**Your Job**
The HR Manager is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, working closely with leaders and managers to ensure that HR initiatives drive employee performance and support business goals.

Makes decisions that affect the entire plant on issues related to talent development, service improvement, benefits, and other factors that impact employees. Is responsible for different metrics such as number of employees, turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate. Responsible for labor legal compliance. The position performs complex tasks that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
