Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to own and manage our growing workforce. This role will be responsible for hiring support, people operations, compliance, and ensuring a strong employee experience as the team scales.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end HR operations
Partner with leadership on hiring plans and workforce scaling
Manage employee relations and act as the primary HR point of contact
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations
Proven experience supporting fast-growing teams
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
Salary : 8-10 LPA
You must be able to join in 1-2 weeks
You must be able to provide limited PST coverage via Slack for 1–2 hours per week, up to 11:00 AM PST (not required daily)
