The Role

The goal is to move the company away from reactive management and office politics toward a structured, transparent, and high-growth environment. You will be the bridge between our Ground 0 staff and the MD, ensuring that systems work, people are motivated, and the company is compliant.

1. Systems & Technology (GreytHR Expert)

• Full-Cycle Automation: You will be responsible for the 100% accurate management of GreytHR, from daily attendance and geo-fencing to payroll processing and F&F settlements.
