Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our fast-paced real estate firm in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions – from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, backend, and support roles.
• Design and implement HR policies , SOPs, and compliance processes.
• Manage employee onboarding , induction, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate performance management , appraisals, and employee feedback cycles.
• Drive employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor attendance, leave management , and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure statutory compliance
