+ BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will serve as a business partner with assigned customers through understanding desired business outcomes required at a tactical and strategic level. This role will support theIntegration Support Contract (ISC)Business Unit, and report directly to the Air & Space Force Solutions (ASFS) HR Leader. This position will be based out of Hill AFB, UT.
**Other duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:**

+ Collaborate with business operations and stakeholders to implement HR policies, resolve issues, and drive business outcomes
+ Develop and execute a people strategy that supports critical business priorities, talent attraction, development, and retention, and prepares the organization for the future of work
