Position Summary:

We are looking for a senior, independent, and result-driven HR Manager with 10–12 years

of experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

End-to-end recruitment for Electrical & Mechanical Design Engineers and manufacturing

roles

Strong understanding of technical hiring requirements

Manpower planning with department heads

HR Operations & Statutory Compliance:

Complete HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination,

exits

Hands-on compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act / Shops & Establishment

Act

Liaison with statutory authorities

Employee Relations & Performance:

Handle grievances and disciplinary matters

Drive performance appraisal systems

EHS, ISO & Audits:

Familiarity with EHS practices

Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Participation in internal, external, and customer audits

Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in HR OR BE/BTech (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering)

EHS / ISO / Labor Law certification – added advantage

Experience:

10–12 years in manufacturing / engineering environment

Language & Communication:

Excellent English proficiency – mandatory

Hindi & Gujarati preferred

Key Skills:

Strong MS Office skills

Ability to work independently

Result-oriented mindset
