Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment and hiring process, employee relations, training and development programs, and workplace compliance. They will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned to business goals, managing performance appraisals, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws. The role also involves planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Employee Relations, and Compliance
  • Experience in Training Programs, Performance Management Systems, and Professional Development
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management Skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Certification in HR Management such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus
  • Proven experience in an HR management role with strong problem-solving skills
