Position: HR Manager
Experience Required: 10–12 Years
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
Locations: Hyderabad | Noida | Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
- Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Oversee talent development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance, labor laws, and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to improve organizational culture and workforce productivity.
- Drive retention strategies, identify skill gaps, and support workforce planning.
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of proven HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
- Good understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, legal compliance, and HRMS tools.
- Experience working in large-scale or IT organizations is an added advantage.
