Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operational processes. The role will work closely with the HR Head to ensure seamless execution of HR policies, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and process excellence across the organization. This is a critical role responsible for operational rigor, governance, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Oversee complete employee lifecycle management: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and final settlements.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRMS data, and documentation.
Drive smooth coordination with recruitment, payroll, finance, and IT teams.
