We’re looking for an HR Manager who understands that HR is not a support function, but a strategic business pillar. This is a role for professionals who take ownership, think long-term, and execute with precision in a regulated, high-accountability environment.
The Role:
HR Operations & Payroll Management
Own end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and coordination to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and statutory adherence.
LMS & Learning Enablement
Manage and strengthen the Learning Management System (LMS). Drive training calendars, onboarding programs, certifications, and continuous learning initiatives across teams.
HR Policies & Compliance
Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with labour laws, financial industry regulations, and internal governance standards.
KRA & KPI Frameworks
Design, implement, and monitor KRAs & KPIs across functions. Drive performance tracking, reviews, MIS, and accountability to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
People Strategy & Workforce Planning
Partner with leadership to build HR strategies aligned with business growth, performance management, retention, and succession planning.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee hiring support, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, discipline, exits, and documentation with high attention to detail.
Culture, Discipline & Governance
Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes, reinforce organisational discipline, and support a high-performance, ethical work culture.
