  • Build relationships and partner with the managers and employees

  • Administer the employee life cycle from talent acquisition to separation

  • Coach and mentor managers on all employee relations processes

  • Implement HR driven initiatives


  • Minimum requirements


  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification.

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
