Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager HR to lead our human resources department. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, developing effective HR policies, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals. The Manager HR will oversee recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to organisational planning.
- Set and Analyse workforce metrics (e.g., compensation, attrition, job levels) to deliver actionable insights for talent acquisition and retention.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Implement performance management systems, set goals, provide feedback, and resolve performance challenges.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams to proactively address workplace dynamics and concerns.
- Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
- Promote employee engagement through wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Lead onboarding efforts, including structured 30-60-90-day plans, to integrate new hires effectively.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities,
- problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- Start-Up experience is preferred.Should be comfortable to commute to office all five days.
- This job includes occasional travel to other CARD91 office locations like Mumbai and Noida.
